Liquid Eyeliner Pen Incolor Dynamic practical performance Review

Incolor Dynamic Liquid Eyeliner is a budget-friendly eyeliner for daily use,  It is water-resistant so it would not come off with a few splashes of water on your face and that's a good thing. Another good thing is that it does not stay in your eyes.

Eyeliner packaging 

Incolor Dynamic Liquid eyeliner - I'd really like how creative they've got with the packaging. Well, I have placed the image in this article, and it kind of matches with the graphics on. I really like the purple black and white theme going on and the packaging. The eyeliner pen, the whole body, and the shape the color, and everything. It reminds me of the tic tac ball pens that we used as a kid. That it's a pretty decent packaging. 

Eyeliner pen

It has got this transparent tip, from which you can see the name of the pen. You have to pull the cap off and not rotate it.

Eyeliner Nib

Kind of thick at the back and the neck tapers down into a point. Neither too thin nor too thick. You can use the pointed edge of the eyeliner for thinner lines and use the side as well for kind of thicker eyeliners.

Performance claims

The packaging claims it features a big light creamy texture that facilitates creating any desired look. Which I would agree upon.

This one is in the color black. Black is a versatile color as it is the most used color so I obviously went ahead with this one.

Eyeliner Pigmentation

It's not the blackest black but it is decently black I would say. It kind of dries down to a semi-matte finish. Neither it is a hyper matte or an extremely matte eyeliner and it's also not glossy, seems somewhere in between. 

I quite like it and to the claims, they say that this has a creamy texture. I wouldn't say it's extremely creamy but yeah it's decent you know how these pen eyeliners. 

Water-resistant?

If you splash water on your face or if you're out in the rain it would not immediately go out. Not like running down your face and giving you those panda eyes, it would not do that. I don't like eyeliners who do that to me.

It is water-resistant to an extent if you splash, it would not come out. But if you keep splashing water on your face it would eventually come off. This is the resistance, so few splashes of water on your face would not do much harm. It easily comes off with water and I just have to rub my eyelids a little bit with water and then it goes off. 

Waterproof?

Another good thing is that it does not stay in your eyes. While you take them off, you can still see the shadow left behind those eyeliners on your lid. It does not happen with this one so that's an amazing thing I would say. It's really easy to take it off. 

When you've got water on your face or I mean it does not drip down your face basically. It just comes off in these crumbly forms and it's really nice. It does not crumble when it is on your eyes. Only when you try to rub it hard it would come off on your face. The amazing thing is that it doesn't leave behind any kind of shadow or stain. 

Sweatproof Eyeliner?

It is definitely sweat proof I would say because I went out wearing this in this daily heat and it did stay on for me. I would say it does not come off until you remove it. Eyeliner smudging issues are not seen either. The intensity definitely goes down, when you have applied it fresh, it would look really dark then after two or three hours if you would notice it would have become lighter.

Good that it does not start coming off though. If you've created wings then I would say it starts to come off, from the areas which come on the folds of your eyes. It starts coming off from those places because those areas are kind of start accumulating oil and sweat so yes that kind of your wing can go away a little bit.

Eyeliner for Office goers vs College students

I would not really recommend it to college-going students, because it's really hot and humid. If you are someone who just likes to wear the eyeliner on the lid just a plain simple eyeliner and not any sort of thing then it's fine with you.

People who go to the office would love to wear it, For office goers, you can apply it in the morning and if you're sitting in an air-conditioned environment it would stay all day long on your eyes so I think it's a great product.

Conclusion

But all in all, I really like this Incolor Dynamic Liquid Eyeliner Pen

• Water-resistant, not waterproof.
• It would not smudge or shrink.
• She's good everyday eyeliner
• it stays one for a fairly long time
• Pretty easy to take off and remove from your lids
• Doesn't run down your face
• No stains on your lids
• Sweatproof

Cons

If you have kept the cap open for a long period they kind of start to dry up. You have to put a little more pressure on your lids to get the color going. The same is with this as well. It kind of goes on very easily. When it starts drying out that is when I face a little bit of an issue while applying the eyeliner.

Would you buy this again - yes, definitely will buy this again.
